Master Train is an advanced clinical simulation center that offers a host of medical training solutions, which are geared to meet the needs of doctors, nurses and physicians and the PALS Course, or Pediatric Advanced Life Support, course which is currently offered in San Antonio is made up of instructor led discussions, instructor led skills, practice, and evaluations.
